They provided just 25% of the funds upfront, requiring ServPro to complete significant work before inspections would unlock additional payments. Despite my efforts to convey the urgency, the process dragged on. Feeling stuck, I turned to Mike Budinsky again. Mike became a hero in this saga, tirelessly advocating on our behalf.
